Attempting obesity is genetically running in my family and Im a?

Obesity is more common in those with carb intolerance, meaning their genetics fit people who lived in areas with short growing seasons and/or just nutrient poor areas. Their bodies conserve carbohydrates as much as most people conserve protein, as if it was scarce resource, which historically protein has been. People with carb intolerance need to either a) go low carb or b) do HIIT and weightlifting, preferably a mix of both to start with to bring your body fat percentage down.
