What should I do?

Other than getting 8 hours of sleep a night, there is nothing you can do. Your height is controlled by your genes, not by forces that you can control. If you had chronic malnutrition from early childhood (think Ethiopian famine type malnutrition) it would have an impact on final height. But for those of us living average lives with average diets what you eat, what exercise you do, what supplements you take will have no more impact on your weight then it does on the colour of your eyes. If you are almost 16 the chances of you growing another 6 is slim. Not impossible, but slim. Most males reach their final height by 1516 years of age. Growth has been known to continue until 21, but it is very rare. Best bet is to look around at your closest male relatives. Are any of them 63? Or anywhere close to that? If not then the likelihood of you reaching that height is slim to none. The other thing to look at is how much have you grown in the last year and how does that compare to how much you grew the year before that. Did you grow a lot, and has the amount that youve grown decreased over the last year. If you are average then the amount of growing probably has decreased. And it will likely decrease more or stop entirely, within a year. There is nothing you can do about that. It is what your genes have dictated. You are underweight for your height. You should be adding more protein and calorie dense, healthy foods such as dairy (milk, cheese, full fat yogurt etc), nuts and meats and/or plant based protein such as beans and nuts. The advantage of the plant based proteins is they are higher in calories than meat. Your current BMI is 16.2. A normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.5. To get to 18.5 you need to weight at least 125 lbs. Focus on things within your control. Getting your weight to a healthy number is one of those things.
